ThaiCannaMapped ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Sagun, based in Bangkok, Thailand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the ThaiCannaMapped site and sign up for the curated dispensary list.
We collect the email address you provide when you sign up to open our curated dispensary lists, along with anything else you choose to send through a form on this site (such as your name, phone number or message). We do not collect payment information. ThaiCannaMapped does not sell products or process payments through this site, so no card, billing, or financial data is collected or stored.
When you visit the site, our analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity) automatically collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used to understand and improve how the site performs.
We use your details to know who has opened the curated lists and to reply to enquiries you send us. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Forms on this site (the curated lists, contact, investor and service enquiry forms) are sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which passes your submission to our email inbox, and are also stored in our own private database hosted by Supabase. We keep them so we can reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Our analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (Meta Pixel) under their respective terms.

We keep your details for as long as they are useful for the purposes above. On a deletion request, we remove them within 30 days.
