Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using the ThaiCannaMapped Bangkok Cannabis Dispensary Directory ("the Product"). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Product is operated by Sagun, an individual based in Bangkok, Thailand, trading as ThaiCannaMapped ("we", "us", "our").

1. Product Description

ThaiCannaMapped is a curated digital directory of cannabis dispensaries in Bangkok, Thailand. The Product includes:

• Access to a private WhatsApp community group
• Pinned Google Maps list links to 100+ curated dispensary locations
• Ongoing monthly updates as the directory evolves
• Access organised by curated vibe categories

The Product is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Access is granted via a WhatsApp group invite link sent to your email address immediately upon successful payment.

2. Payment Terms

The current one-time purchase price is $24.99 USD (or equivalent), subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc.
• This is a one-time payment — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions
• Promotional discount codes, where offered, are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively
• All sales are in USD. Your bank may apply foreign exchange fees — this is outside our control

3. Refund Policy

This is consistent with standard digital goods policies and the fact that the product is immediately consumable upon delivery.

If you did not receive your access link, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will resend it. This does not constitute a refund situation.

4. Disclaimer — Cannabis Laws & User Responsibility

Cannabis laws in Thailand are subject to change. While cannabis dispensaries operating legally under Thai license are the sole focus of this directory, laws, regulations, and enforcement practices can change without notice.

• It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with Thai cannabis laws at the time of your visit
• ThaiCannaMapped makes no guarantee that any listed establishment is currently operating, licensed, or compliant at the time of your visit
• The presence of a dispensary in this directory is not an endorsement of any illegal activity
• You must be of legal age to purchase and consume cannabis in Thailand
• You consume cannabis entirely at your own risk. ThaiCannaMapped accepts no liability for any health, legal, or financial consequences arising from your use of this directory
• Do not drive or operate machinery while impaired. Always consume responsibly

5. Accuracy of Information

We make every reasonable effort to keep the directory accurate and current. However:

• Dispensaries may close, relocate, change ownership, or change quality without our knowledge
• Prices, product availability, and opening hours listed in any descriptions are indicative only
• We update the directory monthly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy
• ThaiCannaMapped accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on directory information

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the ThaiCannaMapped directory — including but not limited to the curated lists, descriptions, vibe categories, written copy, and associated branding — is the intellectual property of ThaiCannaMapped.

• You may use the directory for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publish the directory contents in any form without express written permission
• Sharing your WhatsApp invite link with non-purchasers is a violation of these terms and may result in removal from the community
• Screenshots of the directory content shared publicly may constitute a violation of these terms

7. Community Guidelines

By joining the private WhatsApp community, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect
• Not spam, advertise, or post unsolicited commercial content
• Not share the group invite link or contents with non-members
• Not post illegal content of any kind

Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the group without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThaiCannaMapped and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this product, including but not limited to: poor dispensary experiences, financial losses, legal issues, or health consequences.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this product shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
