We do not collect your physical address, date of birth, or any sensitive personal data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used solely for:

• Processing your payment and delivering your purchase
• Sending your WhatsApp group invite link
• Sending transactional emails related to your purchase (receipt, access confirmation)

3. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you complete your purchase:

• Your payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure hosted form
• We receive only a transaction confirmation and your email address

4. WhatsApp Group Membership

After purchase, you receive an invitation to a private WhatsApp group. Please note:

• WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Their privacy policy governs your use of the app
• Your WhatsApp display name and profile photo will be visible to other group members
• Messages you send within the group are visible to all members
• We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines
• You can leave the group at any time via WhatsApp

5. Google Maps Integration

The directory is delivered as Google Maps list links. When you save or interact with these lists:

• Google Maps is operated by Google LLC; their privacy policy applies to your use
• Saving locations to your Google Maps account is governed by your Google account settings
• We have no access to your Google account or saved places data

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you are an active member of the community or as required for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
