Chonburi, the province that includes Pattaya, is the third largest cannabis market in Thailand, with 820 licensed dispensaries on the government register.
Central Pattaya has the biggest cluster, 250 licensed shops, followed by East Pattaya and Bang Lamung, Jomtien, and Naklua and Wong Amat. Beyond Pattaya, licences spread through Si Racha, Chonburi city and Bang Saen, and the inland towns.
A large share of Chonburi's licences are due for renewal: 318 of 820, or 39%, carry a 31 December 2026 expiry date. Check a shop's status below before you buy, especially in the first weeks of the new year.
The government has suspended or revoked these licences. Buying from them is not legal and puts you at risk, whatever the shop says. Pick a shop with a valid licence instead.

From DTAM's Medical Cannabis GIS, licensed retail outlets only (updated October 2026). A licence shown as valid means the shop is on the register, not that we have visited or recommend it. For the shops that passed every test, use the curated lists.
