Weed Near Nana BTS: The Best Dispensaries Within 600m

Step off the train at Nana, walk down to street level, and try counting the green signs between the station and the Soi 4 corner. You will lose count before you reach the corner. That is the Nana problem in one sentence: there is no shortage of weed near Nana BTS, there is a shortage of reasons to trust any particular shop.

Nana is the most tourist saturated dispensary strip in Bangkok. Hotels, bars, Soi 11's nightlife, Soi 3's late night restaurants, and a constant flow of people who landed yesterday. Shops here know their customers are tired, curious and not comparing prices.

So here is the short list. Eight licensed dispensaries within 600m of Nana BTS, walking times measured from verified station coordinates, and what each one is genuinely good for. It comes from 900+ dispensary visits, 900+ of them in Bangkok, and more evenings on this stretch than I would admit to my mother.

How to Use the Nana Stop

One station, two sides. Nana BTS (E3) sits over Sukhumvit Road. Odd numbered sois are on the north side, even numbered on the south. Soi 4 leads to the Nana Plaza area. Soi 11 is the bar and hotel strip. Soi 3 is the Middle Eastern quarter, full of late night restaurants.

Ploen Chit is the quieter neighbour. One stop west, Ploen Chit BTS (E2) is all embassies, offices and hotels. It is about 9 minutes on foot from Nana and worth knowing about if the Nana crowds are too much.

Why 600m. My BTS dispensary rule says the best shop is the one you can actually reach, ideally within five minutes of the station. I stretch to 600m, about seven or eight minutes, because at Nana the extra block is often where the better shops hide from the foot traffic.

The Best Dispensaries Near Nana

Every shop below matched an entry on the official licence register when I compiled this. Hours and licences change, so confirm before you go, and check the licence sticker at the door or search the ThaiCannaMapped Dispensary Register.

TOPSHELF

Best for: the closest quality buy to the station.

About 1 minute's walk from Nana BTS (roughly 100m), right on Sukhumvit Road. This is a high volume shop in what might be the highest footfall spot in the city, and the surprise is that it keeps its standards anyway. Several floors, friendly and competent staff, and a range broad enough that you are not forced into whatever is on promotion. If you want to be in and out within ten minutes of stepping off the train, this is the one.

Thai Cannabis Club, Soi 7

Best for: a dependable door at 3am.

About 1 minute's walk from Nana BTS (roughly 100m), on Soi 7. Open 24/7. Thai Cannabis Club makes many of its own accessories in house, and reviewers keep mentioning fair pricing alongside the flower quality. Their herbal balms and inhalers are an interesting extra if someone in your group is not a smoker. When it is the middle of the night and you are in the Nana area, this is the sensible answer.

HighHerb Club

Best for: a calmer, wellness leaning visit off the main road.

About 3 minutes' walk from Nana BTS (roughly 250m), on Soi 4. HighHerb leans toward the herbal and wellness side rather than party energy, with a 5.0 average across 300+ Google reviews. It is small and unflashy, which in this part of town counts in its favour. A good after dinner stop when you want a conversation with the budtender, not a sales pitch.

Mary Jane, Nana

Best for: buyers who want paperwork and provenance.

About 4 minutes' walk from Nana BTS (roughly 300m), on the Soi 4 side. One of Bangkok's original premium dispensaries. The flower is GACP certified, a Thai traditional medicine practitioner is on site, and it is one of the few places that offers a certificate of analysis on what you buy as standard. They also carry a range of Thai herbal medicine products that goes well beyond what most shops stock. If you care about knowing exactly what is in the jar, start here.

Thai Cannabis Club, Nana Hotel

Best for: an easy, English friendly first visit.

About 4 minutes' walk from Nana BTS (roughly 300m), at the Nana Hotel on Soi 4. Same in house standards and same green branding as the Soi 7 branch, with a staff member named Hong singled out in multiple reviews for patient, knowledgeable service. Clean and reliable. Not the place for rare genetics, but a very good place for a first timer who wants clear explanations.

MedMen Bangkok

Best for: a polished, retail store experience.

About 6 minutes' walk from Nana BTS (roughly 450m), on Soi 11. The Bangkok outpost of the California brand looks the part: clean retail design, touch screen strain menus, and a layout that makes buying cannabis feel as normal as buying a phone. There is slow drip coffee and a shelf of vinyl records, and staff get named in reviews for their product knowledge. Good for anyone who finds the neon shops a bit much.

All Time High

Best for: an all rounder slightly away from the chaos.

About 7 minutes' walk from Nana BTS (roughly 550m), on Soi 3. Open 24/7. A strong all rounder with 600+ Google reviews at a 5.0 average and a genuinely international crowd, thanks to its spot in the Soi 3 quarter. Far enough off the main drag to dodge the worst of the late night noise, close enough to walk. If you are staying between Nana and Asok, it is one of my first suggestions.

WEED Express, Phloen Chit

Best for: business travellers on the embassy side.

About 1 minute's walk from Ploen Chit BTS (roughly 50m), in a plaza on Phloen Chit Road, and about 9 minutes from Nana BTS (roughly 700m). Professional, clean, efficient, with 1,000+ Google reviews at a 4.9 average. It catches the hotel and office crowd that does not want to wade into Nana at night. Note the earlier closing time, around 10pm.

What Nana Is Like After Dark

Nana gets loud after 9pm. Soi 4 and Soi 11 fill with bar traffic, the pavements narrow with street vendors, and every second doorway has someone inviting you in. Most of it is harmless. Some of it is not.

Ignore anyone selling on the street. No licensed shop needs a tout, and anything handed to you on a pavement is outside the legal system entirely.

Watch for the theatre shops. The loudest signage often has the weakest flower. My checklist for spotting a good dispensary applies double here: flower in jars you can see and smell, staff who ask what you want to feel, and a licence sticker at the door.

Do not buy drunk. Nana is where people make their worst purchases at 1am. Decide in the afternoon. Buy in the early evening.

The Legal Path, Briefly

Buying flower legally now means a licensed shop plus a PT33 prescription from a Thai licensed practitioner. Tourists qualify with a passport; a foreign prescription does not count. Get it in person rather than through a chat app. The steps are in my PT33 prescription guide.

Then consume in private. Public smoking is a nuisance offence, with widely reported penalties of up to 25,000 baht, and smoking inside a dispensary can cost the shop its licence. The practical answer to where you can actually smoke is in this guide.

Nearby Alternatives

One stop east, Asok. Asok and Sukhumvit MRT have their own strong cluster, including an exotic strain specialist and the Four Twenty flagship. See my guide to weed near Asok and Sukhumvit MRT.

The full corridor. The Sukhumvit dispensary guide walks you from Nana to On Nut, stop by stop. For the city wide shortlist, see the best weed shops in Bangkok, and for the basics of buying, costs and the law, start with weed in Bangkok.

After midnight. My 24 hour dispensary picks cover the shops that stay good at 2am.

Get the Exit, Elevate List

The eight above are the Nana highlights. My Exit, Elevate list covers 60+ Bangkok dispensaries under 600m from a BTS or MRT stop, and Sukhumvit Sessions has 25+ from Nana to On Nut. Both are free on the curated list page, ready to load into Google Maps.

I share Nana finds and failures on Instagram. The operators who run these shops, and the ones who wish they did, talk inside Reefers Club, an invite only community of people in the Thai cannabis industry. And for Nana shops trying to be found for the right reasons on the most competitive strip in Bangkok, that is what my marketing and content work is about.

Count the signs if you like. Then walk past most of them.

Written by someone who has learned that the brightest sign on Sukhumvit is rarely the best jar.
